Field Marketing: Nisa and Costcutter appoint Reach for mould-breaking marketing
Reach has been appointed by Nisa, Costcutter & Sales Out to provide a blend of services to assist in the communication with retailers using Nisa Central Distribution.
This is a new initiative for Nisa and Costcutter, which has been developed in collaboration with SalesOut, a leading independent data analyst company. SalesOut has built a bespoke online data system which allows suppliers to view vital transactional data pertaining to sales through Nisa Central Distribution. Using this data, it will make instant recommendations on how the retailers can improve product range, enhancing sales and providing greater customer satisfaction.
It is when this information has been gathered and key distribution gaps identified that Reach takes the lead. Its highly experienced dedicated field team will then visit 1000 top performing Nisa and Costcutter retailers with supported communications through both phone and tactical field marketing.
Combined, this service offering, allows Nisa-Today to offer manufacturers an integrated solution whilst providing retailer members with a dedicated sales representative to give advice on the right product offering for the customer.Chris Simpson, sales director at Reach comments, "Reach is an ideal partner due to our vast experience and breadth of service offering. Blending our services together allows Nisa and Costcutter to offer a flexible service solution to its members and customers; this is a new innovation within the convenience sector and one that gives Nisa and Costcutter a competitive advantage. We are confident this integrated approach will be very successful for all parties and look forward to working with all concerned to produce a high level of service for Nisa members, Costcutter retailers and ultimately the end customer."
John Sharpe, managing director of Central Distribution and Logistics at Nisa-Today's adds, "This is the biggest initiative we have launched this year and places us well ahead of our competition in offering frontline support to Nisa members and Costcutter retailers. We are continually working to improve our members' competitive position and retail consumer offer and we believe through the combined talents of SalesOut and Reach this will be achieved."
